I especially enjoyed the Shikara ride on Dal Lake, the Betaab Valley, and the Gondola ride in Gulmarg. The trip was planned in a way that allowed me to explore the beauty of Kashmir without feeling rushed. Transport & Driver Experience The driver assigned to us was very professional and well-mannered. His nature was friendly, and he guided us well throughout the journey. He made sure that our travel between different locations was comfortable and hassle-free. Hotel Reviews The hotels booked by Ozzo Kashmir Holidays were a mix of good and average experiences. Here’s my detailed review: Hotel Azara, Srinagar (2-star) – The service was average, and cleanliness was not up to the mark. (Rating: 2/10) Sea View, Srinagar – Service was good, and the stay was comfortable. (Rating: 8/10) Petals of Chinar, Srinagar – The worst hotel in the entire trip. No hot water for a bath, and the staff was not cooperative. (Rating: 1/10) Signature, Gulmarg – Service was excellent, and the stay was pleasant. (Rating: 8/10) Diamondstar, Pahalgam – A good experience, though there was room for improvement. (Rating: 7/10) Divineoak, Katra (2-star) – Service was just okay, nothing special. (Rating: 3/10) Overall Experience & Recommendation Apart from a couple of hotel experiences, the trip was well-organized, and I would recommend Ozzo Kashmir Holidays for their efficient planning and execution. , I wanted to provide some constructive feedback regarding the services provided. We found our assigned driver was not fully aware of our planned itinerary and required frequent reminders. His enthusiasm for showing us the sights seemed limited, leading us to believe he might not have been experienced in guided tours. We were also surprised to learn that our booking had been passed on to another agency. While the driver was punctual and the car was in good condition, we feel the level of coordination could have been significantly improved. As first-time visitors, we anticipated more proactive communication and guidance, perhaps a short daily check-in, to ensure everything was running smoothly. We also encountered an issue with another driver in Pehelgam, who seemed eager to cut our visit short. On the positive side, we greatly appreciate the 14-month credit you extended due to the original trip cancellation last year. The hotel you suggested was excellent, and the timely pick-up and drop-off arrangements were satisfactory. We hope this feedback is helpful. While the travel agency services were somewhat overshadowed by Kashmir's natural beauty, we still enjoyed our trip and are considering returning in another season. Srinagar. The hotels were the same as shown. The best part of the trip was the Cab driver, Muzammil who was driver cum guide, very polite, jovial and a wonderful human being. He elevated our kashmir experience to nex level, and one which we will remember for a long time. The services provided by Himalayan Gateways were exactly as per brochure and that was the best part. Will definitely recommend Himalayan gateways if you want to book your Kashmir package for a good experience.
